Job summary

TOTE Maritime Alaska is seeking a highly organized Logistics Operations Coordinator to join the Anchorage team. The role focuses on shipment tracking, documentation, logistics coordination, and customer communication to ensure freight moves accurately and on schedule.

You will work with terminal operations and internal stakeholders, providing high-volume data entry, reporting, and records management while upholding safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with computers and business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Terminal Operations through shipment tracking, freight documentation, logistics coordination, customer communication, reporting, and transportation recordkeeping.
• Ensure freight moves accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while coordinating with internal teams, customers, carriers, and partners.
• Audit bills of lading and shipping documents for accuracy; verify shipment information and identify discrepancies.
