Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience
• Willing to travel to account locations and work nights/weekends as needed
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends and regional relocation as needed

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and carriers
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on special projects for fleet optimization
• Train and supervise drivers and staff and support internal and customer systems
• Maximize fleet efficiency and profitability and present performance reports
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment
• Perform payroll and budget management tasks and produce financial reports
• Oversee yard operations, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service and routing issues
