Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain or related field required or High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of management/transportation experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and outside carriers for carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Assist with payroll, budget management, driver counseling, and preparing reports.
