Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the Shipping and Receiving department and lead Lean initiatives. you will drive on-time delivery, cost reduction, and safety improvements while coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

The role requires a minimum of five years in general management within manufacturing, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across shifts and functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years in general management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 11 to 25 non-exempt employees and manage day-to-day supervision.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to meet production and NGOS schedules.
• Manage the department budget and capital investments for improvements.
• Ensure safety and incident reporting, and maintain quality following the company’s plan.
