Job summary

Kelvion Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance & Facility Manager to lead the maintenance team at our Knoxville facility. You will oversee preventive maintenance, reliability programs, and cost control while aligning with safety and quality standards.

You will develop short- and long-term strategies for plant equipment and facilities, manage budgets, lead a four-shift maintenance crew, and drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of facility or maintenance supervision experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawings and codes.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, drawing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team, budgets, and labor priorities.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead cost-control and reliability improvement efforts.
• Create work plans to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance staff across shifts.
• Apply root-cause analysis and Lean principles to cut costs.
