Qualifikationen
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Materials or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience in manufacturing/production settings; steel fabrication/processing experience preferred
- 7 years supervisory/managerial experience; able to read blueprints and work with ERP systems
Aufgaben
- Directs manufacturing operations through a team of supervisors and lead associates
- Ensures health and safety of all associates
- Develops and manages lean programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Plans and optimizes material flow, manpower, and equipment utilization
- Ensures on-time delivery while controlling costs and quality
