Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate as needed and readiness for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of transportation operations and leadership principles.
• Observe and learn from an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Assist drivers and observe cross-dock operations to understand freight delivery.
• Relocate to another facility after program completion for first leadership role.
