Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing logistics functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation, warehouse operations, and material flow.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shipping, receiving, warehousing, and transportation activities across both locations.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight to support customer delivery commitments and production schedules.
• Coordinate material transfers between facilities.
• Develop strategies to improve logistics efficiency while reducing costs.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers and logistics service providers.
