Job summary

Quest Global seeks a Supply Chain Management Lead to oversee supplier performance, mitigate risks, and ensure material availability for production and delivery commitments. This role interfaces with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and program leadership.

The candidate will drive corrective actions, manage shortages, and deliver data-driven insights using LOB dashboards and ERP systems. Onsite role in Rockford, IL with defined benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field with 5 years SCM experience; OR 9+ years SCM experience in lieu of a degree.
• Preferred experience in electronics and/or aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong ability to interpret technical documents to identify manufacturer part numbers.
• Solid problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate supplier relationships and drive accountability with buyers and suppliers.
• Monitor production schedules and address material shortages with corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with planning, manufacturing, and engineering to manage priorities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain delivery schedules and supplier performance dashboards; prepare LOB reports.
