Responsibilities

• Supervise processes and people, manage scheduling, and handle performance management including corrective action up to written warnings.
• Involved in hiring processes and customer meetings as necessary to meet site goals.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to improve attendance, productivity, and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, financial, and regulatory policies; monitor overtime and productivity targets.
• Complete records and reports timely and accurately.
