• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ownership and responsibility to run the operation with urgency.
• HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel; meet schedule and location requirements; pass background/drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly workforce to execute daily tasks including driver deliveries and loading.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to associates.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and performance; provide feedback.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Plan workforce and equipment scheduling; maintain records and reports.
