Job summary

FTC Solar Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound logistics at the Sealy, TX facility. You will manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and NetSuite transactions while driving ISO 9001 compliance and audit readiness.

In this on-site role, you will lead a team, optimize freight, ensure DOT compliance, and coordinate with 3PLs and carriers to meet on-time delivery and cost efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound shipment activity.
• Coordinate truck scheduling, loading, unloading, and staging.
• Ensure documentation and proof of delivery compliance.
• Partner with 3PLs, carriers, and internal teams for on-time performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and weight limits.
• Oversee safe loading practices and optimize freight costs.
• Lead warehouse and logistics staff and schedule coverage.
