You will work with AS400 and Qualcomm systems to assign loads, optimize routes, monitor safety, and coordinate with billing, payroll, and risk teams to uphold KPI targets and profitability for the accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating transportation operations and driver performance.
• Ability to optimize loads, routing, and dispatch to meet KPI targets.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Aufgaben

• Assign drivers to loads and optimize load information (origination, destination, freight, miles, stops).
• Monitor driver performance, safety checks, and CSA scores to ensure compliance and on-time delivery.
• Interface with billing, safety, customer service, risk, payroll and fuel to meet customer expectations.
• Support profitability and growth of accounts while maintaining high service levels.
