Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate operations and lead a team in our Chicago branch. You will ensure on-time service, monitor performance against budget, and support the branch management to optimize daily execution.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics and at least 1 year in leadership, plus strong communication with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; the environment is office-based in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain and logistics.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in related field.
• Minimum 1+ year leadership experience.
• Familiar with logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Operations and Service Level of the operations.
• Support the managers to manage the operations to budget.
• Responsible for the timely administration of all reporting to the corporate office.
• Responsible for the scheduling and supervision of the staff at the Branch.
• Ability to tailor communication (both written and verbal) according to appropriate audience.
• Demonstrate leadership through work ethic and commitment.
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.
