Job summary

LHH seeks an experienced operations leader to support the day-to-day management of a high-volume distribution center in Charlotte, NC. The role serves as the second-in-command for warehouse operations, focusing on inventory movement, order fulfillment, safety compliance, and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of improving efficiency in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in warehouse or distribution
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze operational challenges and propose practical solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related tools
• Experience in regulated product distribution environments (healthcare/pharma/manufacturing) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, replenishment, order fulfillment, outbound shipping.
• Monitor workflow in the WMS and prioritize operational tasks to meet service expectations.
• Identify and resolve inventory, order, or receiving discrepancies.
• Ensure efficient product movement and inventory accuracy.
• Coach and support warehouse personnel; promote accountability and teamwork.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Investigate operational exceptions and assist in root cause analysis.
