Job summary

DP World Palmetto is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator Lead to drive order lifecycle management and problem solving across our supply chain. You will handle customer queries, coordinate with control tower staff, and ensure timely reporting to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

Customer service background in logistics or planning.
Excel skills with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.
Build relations with Key Account control tower staff and service their day-to-day needs.
Complete weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports with accuracy and on time.
Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination to support inbound/outbound operations.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Set up orders in internal systems, including EDI feeds or manual creation.
Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPIs and maintain inventory levels.
Other duties as assigned.
