Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and hourly staff to ensure customer requirements are met and operations run smoothly.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trailers, dispatch, and proper documentation and procedures.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to improve performance and safety.
• Manage attendance, productivity, and performance standards; make corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, monitor overtime, and optimize labor cost.
