Qualifications

• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Junior or Senior level status preferred; ability to work 20–25 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to basic transportation management principles.
• Participate in daily tasks: planning freight, asset utilization, safety, DOT compliance, driver payroll, logistics analysis, supervision, and P&L management.
• Learn industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
• Perform account-specific duties as required by customers.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
