Intelcom | Dragonfly in Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support unloading trailers, scanning and sorting packages, and processing returns while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort and process packages, including defective items and returns.
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory management.
• Provide data entry and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort and process items, including returns.
• Assist with van audits and sorting operations.
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory management.
• Maintain warehouse systems and ensure efficiency.
• Process returns and related documentation per SOPs.
• Handle customer pickups and front desk support.
• Resolve delivery issues per SOPs and escalate as needed.
• Print labels and prepare required documentation.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Collaborate with Operations to uphold quality standards.
