Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-paced warehouse and data center environment. You will manage receiving, storage, and shipping of materials, handle customer inquiries, and generate performance reports while maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with RF scanners and EDI feeds, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This onsite position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or data center operations.
• Customer service experience in logistics or planning.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is a strong plus.
• Ability to type clearly and professionally; good written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse labor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.
• Handle customer queries and escalations to provide timely resolutions.
• Manage reports on orders, performance, and logistics activities.
• Build relations with employees and provide logistics support.
• Ensure weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports are accurate.
• Maintain records, metrics, and documentation; perform audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes.
• Support inbound/outbound operations to meet service levels.
• Use internal systems and EDI feeds to process orders.
• Support inventory tasks like picking and packing; QA safety.
