Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking an Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, MN to support day-to-day transportation operations and ensure shipments move smoothly. You will coordinate logistics activities, keep accurate records, and respond to customer and carrier inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred Bachelor’s degree. Evening/ weekend availability may be needed, and knowledge of Microsoft Office helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience delivering strong customer service with accuracy and reliability.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute transportation and logistics tasks per policy and service standards.
• Create, activate, and track shipment orders; update shipment information.
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries and follow escalation procedures.
• Provide professional customer support to ensure a positive experience.
• Review shipment data for accuracy and assist with invoicing-oriented tasks.
• Support other duties to meet business and operational needs.
