Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Walton, Kentucky, seeks a Sr. Manager, Fulfillment Operations to build a high-performing leadership team in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will deliver daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading up to 100 staff, coordinating staffing, overseeing inbound/outbound trucking, maintaining safety and quality, driving continuous improvement and lean culture, and managing budgets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in fulfillment or distribution.
• Experience with OMS/WMS/LMS and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple leaders and up to 100 full-time/temporary workers.
• Build and maintain strong customer partnerships through regular communication.
• Plan staffing schedules to meet operational demands and budgets.
• Oversee inbound/outbound trucking, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
