Small, Growing 3PL in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Office Manager & Operations Coordinator. You will act as the backbone of daily operations, keeping the office organized while coordinating logistics workflows and driver communications in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

The role involves dispatching OTR drivers, supporting warehouse teams, and tracking KPIs. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of office management or logistics experience.
• Familiarity with 3PL or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive, organized work environment.
• Coordinate logistics workflows, shipment scheduling, and driver communications.
• You will be dispatching / communicating with Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers and local delivery teams.
• Support warehouse and operations teams with administrative and operational needs.
• Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Handle customer and client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and general office administration.
