Starbucks is hiring a Logistics Network Analyst to transform operational data into clear insights and improvements across the supply chain. You will build reporting, diagnose service and delivery issues, and partner with operations and tech to improve coffeehouse service and inventory management.

This role is in-market on the East Coast with up to 25% travel and onsite four days a week. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in a relevant field and 3+ years in data analytics, logistics, or BI, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, logistics, supply chain, operations, transportation, distribution, or business intelligence.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience translating analysis into actionable business recommendations and root-cause insights.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics and performance insights with dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
• Optimize routing, delivery frequency, scheduling, and network efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Advance data quality and automation across systems like ServiceNow, Oracle, Tableau, and Power BI.
