The role partners across Service Desk, MIR, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and more, leveraging AI and BI platforms to drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will develop executive dashboards, predictive models, and AI-powered reporting while collaborating with technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or operational analytics.
• 5+ years in enterprise-grade data, service management, and operational databases.
• 3+ years supporting technology operations or IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, XLAs, and executive dashboards.
• Build predictive models and AI-powered reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to specify analytical requirements.
