Job description

Now Brewing – logistics network analyst #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

As a logistics network analyst, you will transform operational data into clear insights and practical improvements across the supply chain network. You will build reporting and performance visibility, diagnose service and delivery issues, identify network optimization opportunities, and partner across operations and technology to improve coffeehouse service, provider performance, inventory management, and execution consistency.

This position is based in-market on the East Coast and requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Deliver analytics and performance insights - Develop, maintain, and automate operational reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks. Analyze service, delivery, inventory, provider, and operational performance data, and translate findings into executive‑ready business reviews and actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize network and service performance - Evaluate routing, delivery frequency, scheduling, service performance, and network efficiency. Conduct diagnostics and support pilots that improve service, cost, and execution consistency.
  • Lead continuous improvement and root‑cause analysis - Investigate operational defects, service failures, delivery disruptions, and coffeehouse impacts. Partner with operational teams to eliminate recurring issues, implement corrective actions, and measure results.
  • Advance systems, automation, and data quality - Partner with technology teams to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, automation, and system functionality across platforms such as ServiceNow, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Spectrum, TRACE, and other operational systems.
