Job summary

Starbucks is seeking an experienced Dynamic Operations Data Analyst to transform complex operational data into actionable insights that improve service performance and customer outcomes. The role partners across Service Desk, MIR, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and other IT and retail stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years experience in data analytics, BI, or operational analytics.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise-grade data, service management, service desk, and operational/transactional databases.
• 3+ years experience supporting technology operations or IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large operational datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, XLAs, workforce productivity metrics, and executive scorecards.
• Create predictive analytics models to identify emerging operational risks and performance degradation.
• Leverage AI and ML techniques to improve service operations and business outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions and executive dashboards.
