Job description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE:
  1. Comply with all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or hazards.
  2. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  3. Report issues concerning equipment, operations, or materials to the supervisor.
  4. Handle materials efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Perform routine duties such as checking orders, wrapping, and loading pallets.
  6. Follow department instructions to maintain workflow and prevent pallet accumulation.
  7. Remove packed items from conveyor, stack on skids.
  8. Set up workstations and instruct operators on procedures and safety.
  9. Operate forklift trucks and report issues.
  10. Maintain equipment and safety checks.
  11. Ensure availability of necessary materials.
  12. Meet performance standards to ensure schedules are met.
  13. Ensure products meet quality specifications.
  14. Participate in rotational assignments and continuous improvement activities.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned.
YOU HAVE:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Preferred 3+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Experience with RF scanners and related software.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications and printing label software.
Skills
  • Knowledge of material flow processes and safety policies.

  • Operation of warehouse equipment such as PIT, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.

  • Bend, squat, reach overhead.
  • Climb stairs and ladders.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
