WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE:
- Comply with all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or hazards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Report issues concerning equipment, operations, or materials to the supervisor.
- Handle materials efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine duties such as checking orders, wrapping, and loading pallets.
- Follow department instructions to maintain workflow and prevent pallet accumulation.
- Remove packed items from conveyor, stack on skids.
- Set up workstations and instruct operators on procedures and safety.
- Operate forklift trucks and report issues.
- Maintain equipment and safety checks.
- Ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Meet performance standards to ensure schedules are met.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Participate in rotational assignments and continuous improvement activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
YOU HAVE:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Preferred 3+ years of warehouse experience.
- Experience with RF scanners and related software.
- Proficiency in Windows applications and printing label software.

- Knowledge of material flow processes and safety policies.

- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Operation of warehouse equipment such as PIT, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.

- Lift up to 50 pounds.
