Job description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE:

  • Comply with all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor or appropriate resource.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Report issues concerning equipment, operations, materials, or documentation to the supervisor.
  • Receive, stock, pick, issue, and deliver materials to meet performance guidelines and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine duties like pulling orders and cleaning assigned areas.
  • Follow department instructions for order fulfillment and shipping.
  • Pack items, remove from conveyor, and stack on skid.
  • Set up workstations and instruct operators on procedures and safety.
  • Operate forklift trucks and notify team leads of issues.
  • Maintain equipment and safety checks.
  • Ensure availability of necessary materials.
  • Meet performance standards to adhere to production schedules.
  • Ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Perform rotational assignments as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities as a team member.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

YOU HAVE:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 3 years' warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners and related software.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications and printing labels.
