WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE:
- Comply with all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor or appropriate resource.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Report issues concerning equipment, operations, materials, or documentation to the supervisor.
- Receive, stock, pick, issue, and deliver materials to meet performance guidelines and customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine duties like pulling orders and cleaning assigned areas.
- Follow department instructions for order fulfillment and shipping.
- Pack items, remove from conveyor, and stack on skid.
- Set up workstations and instruct operators on procedures and safety.
- Operate forklift trucks and notify team leads of issues.
- Maintain equipment and safety checks.
- Ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Meet performance standards to adhere to production schedules.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Perform rotational assignments as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities as a team member.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
YOU HAVE:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 3 years' warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners and related software.
- Proficiency in Windows applications and printing labels.

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (PIT, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.).
