This full-time role emphasizes safe freight movement, load assignment, and top-tier customer service while training for DOT compliance and regulatory standards.

You will develop leadership skills, gain exposure to fleet operations, and progress toward mid-management responsibilities within a Fortune 500 logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of management/transportation experience.
• Willing to travel regionally and relocate depending on account assignments.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and on special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to train and orient drivers and staff, including internal and customer systems.
• Learn to maximize efficiency in fleet operations, analyze P&L, and present customer reports.
• Learn to plan, route, and monitor freight movement ensuring on-time service and DOT compliance.
