Job summary

Pacific Supply is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead yard operations, coordinate shipments, and supervise delivery personnel. Under the Branch Manager, you will ensure timely loading, staging, and unloading of materials while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience, a background in traffic operations or yard management, and strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in traffic operations or yard management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Furnishes a load list with truck loading instructions and delivery sequence to yard personnel.
• Coordinates daily pre-staging of loads and the following day’s schedules to ensure speedy in-and-out times.
• Conducts and/or supervises cycle counts and inventories; maintains accurate reporting.
• Supervises and maintains purchasing and receiving processes.
