Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field required.
• Two+ years managing and leading direct reports required.
• Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations (advanced).
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly staff; resolve performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L; provide financial data and operations reports.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Hold safety and security meetings; provide safety training and ensure compliance.
