Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Five+ years of experience managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• Three+ years of Profit & Loss responsibility preferred.
• One+ year of customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with the customer to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning for the distribution center operation.
• Lead continuous improvement/LEAN initiatives to boost productivity.
• Hire, supervise, and develop staff; manage performance and relations.
• Maintain communications within and across work groups; review data and take action.
