Job summary

Just Ingredients in Orem, Utah seeks a hands-on Logistics Manager to own transportation end-to-end, manage parcel and LTL freight, and drive cost efficiency across the distribution network. You will negotiate rates, track KPIs, ensure OTIF compliance, and collaborate with Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, Wholesale, and Finance to scale operations.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, a related 4-year degree, and experience with a TMS/ERP system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics or transportation experience, preferably in CPG, food, or e-commerce.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience negotiating carrier rates and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own transportation from end to end and manage parcel, freight, and transfers.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and accessorial terms with carriers.
• Build carrier scorecards and drive corrective action.
• Ensure OTIF and delivery windows are met and protect performance.
• Oversee freight claims and carrier invoice audits with Finance.
• Plan network moves and inventory transfers with Inventory Planning.
