• Communicate with drivers and internal teams via phone, Teams, and video.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and quality teams.
• Track route status using internal systems and report on performance.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Assist onboarding and training of new drivers.
