Job summary

Service Trucks International, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation operations. You will lead teams, drive process improvements, and ensure top-tier customer service across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, accounting, and customer service to align goals, drive inventory accuracy, and implement efficiency initiatives across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehousing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
• Ensure materials and products are stored, handled, and delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Partner with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, accounting, and customer service teams to support business goals and customer expectations.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory control initiatives, and management of excess inventory.
• Develop, implement, and improve logistics processes, warehouse layouts, and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement.
