Job summary

STI in the United States is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory and transportation operations. You will guide people, processes and systems to keep the manufacturing operation running efficiently and to improve accuracy and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on process optimization, and collaboration across manufacturing, sales, purchasing and accounting to meet business goals and service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehousing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to read drawings, interpret measurements, and work with decimals.
• Class B CDL and medical card, or ability to obtain both.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment leading inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
