You will collaborate with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, accounting, and customer service to align goals, drive inventory accuracy, and implement efficiency initiatives across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehousing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop, implement, and improve logistics processes, warehouse layouts, and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement.

Join STI as a Logistics Manager and lead our warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation operations. You'll oversee the people, processes, and systems that keep our manufacturing operation running efficiently while driving inventory accuracy, process improvements, and exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
• Ensure materials and products are stored, handled, and delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Partner with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, accounting, and customer service teams to support business goals and customer expectations.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to read drawings, interpret measurements, and work with decimals.
• Class B CDL and medical card, or ability to obtain both.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment leading inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
