Job summary

NN, Inc. seeks a Logistics Manager to lead inventory and shipping operations across domestic and international manufacturing facilities. You will plan inbound/outbound logistics, oversee intercompany flows, manage warehousing, and implement SOPs to improve service and working capital.

You will use QAD ERP, monitor OTIF and other KPIs, coordinate with Compliance and Procurement, and mentor logistics staff while advancing cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of logistics and inventory management in manufacturing.
• Strong inventory control, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets and KPIs.
• Advanced Excel skills with charts and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage inbound, outbound, and intercompany logistics.
• Oversee domestic and international transportation across all modes.
• Ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and enforce logistics SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs like OTIF, transit time, and freight efficiency.
• Manage internal and 3PL warehouse operations.
• Ensure USMCA compliance and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Sustainability and cross-functional teams.
