Job summary

As a Logistics Manager, you will lead and optimize end-to-end physical distribution activities including order processing, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, fleet operations, and logistics planning. You will play a critical leadership role by collaborating with headquarters logistics peers, local sales leadership, and customers to resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Transportation, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management
• Demonstrated experience managing logistics operations in a complex environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site or regional logistics operations
• Knowledge of fleet management and transportation optimization
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
• Strong customer-facing experience with a focus on service excellence

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
