Honor Foods in Kissimmee, FL (On-Site) is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead a logistics team, manage carrier relationships, and keep freight moving efficiently. This role requires ownership mindset, problem solving, and an ability to turn challenges into opportunities.

You will oversee freight planning, vendor negotiations, and KPI monitoring while driving cost control and profitability. This hands-on leadership position reports to the operations leader and focuses on measurable

• Drive Savings: Analyze freight rates, transportation costs, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Know Your Numbers: Track KPIs, service levels, shipping expenses, and operational performance.
• Solve Problems: Take charge of shipment delays, carrier issues, and service disruptions.
• Improve the Process: Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement solutions that work.
• Collaborate: Partner with internal departments to keep shipments accurate, efficient, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Proven logistics management experience, preferably in distribution, transportation, or freight operations.

Experience leading and developing a logistics team.

Strong background in carrier management, freight negotiations, and cost control.

Experience managing logistics KPIs, freight rates, and service performance.

Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight processes, and logistics systems.

Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Confidence making decisions, managing priorities, and holding teams accountable.

Most importantly? You're a hands-on leader who knows how to balance people, performance, and profitability.
