This is an important leadership role responsible for ensuring our hospital and departments have the supplies they need to provide safe, high-quality patient care—when they need them.
The Logistics Manager will oversee inventory, receiving, warehousing, distribution, vendor relationships, and supply chain processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical, hands-on leader who can balance patient care needs, inventory availability, operational efficiency, and cost control.

Education/Experience/Licensure:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years of comprehensive experience managing logistics or warehouse operations. Experience may be substituted for education at FRHS’ discretion.
Software Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory software, and various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Certifications: Must have experience and/or certification in safe forklift operations.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to handle shipping delays, supply chain disruptions, and tight deadlines.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and driving workplace safety.

The average compensation for this position is $59,010 - $90,002 depending on your qualifications and experience.
