Job summary

Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to manage ordering, receiving, and distribution of supplies and equipment essential for patient care. Under the direction of Supply Chain Leadership, you will maintain inventories, ensure continued availability of materials, and provide high levels of service to internal and external customers.

The role requires basic warehouse skills and the ability to work onsite with standard hours around 30 per week (FTE 0.75);

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of supply chain or related experience in a computerized environment is preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and equipment ordering, receiving, and distribution for patient care.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.

Ability to interact well with others and provide high levels of customer service. Critical thinking and problem solving skills, along with the ability to make decisions that directly affect patient care. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to use equipment commonly associated with warehouse shipping and receiving, i.e., fork lifts/trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, wheeled hand trucks, dollies, balers, and IT equipment such as RF devices, computers, printers and copy machines.
