Job summary

Froedtert Health in West Bend, WI is seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage procurement for procedural and clinical areas. You will oversee on-site acquisition of supplies, equipment and services, ensuring price, quality, and vendor reliability.

You will monitor inventory, maintain stock levels based on reports from clinicians and staff, and serve as a liaison between vendors and hospital departments to support cost-effective decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Healthcare environment or related field required.
• 2 years of inventory management experience in health care environment is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Supply Chain Technologist, Inventory Technologist or similar position is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Healthcare environment or related field required. 2 years of inventory management experience in health care environment is preferred. Prior experience as a Supply Chain Technologist, Inventory Technologist or similar position is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Associates Degree required. In lieu of an Associates Degree, 2 years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Chain, Healthcare or related field is acceptable.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Self-motivated, detail oriented individual with exceptional analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills. Must be able to prioritize work and perform duties under pressure/in stressful situations. Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Word, and Materials Management Systems preferred.
