Fall River Health Services (FRHS) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Resident Patient Accounts Representative to join our team. This position plays an important role in managing resident financial accounts, billing, collections, resident trust accounts, and accounts receivable while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with financial information, insurance billing, government payers, and residents and families regarding sensitive financial matters. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience: Verified experience in medical billing to include Medicare/Medica id , accounts receivable, financial services, or insurance billing required . Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care (LTC) environment preferred.
Technical Skills: Prior operational experience with EPIC, Meditech, PointClickCare , or advanced hospital split-billing and CDM accounting systems. Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical mindset with an ability to spot matching discrepancies between medical charts and purchase ledgers. Demonstrated ability to perform precise numerical audits and handle confidential compliance documentation without error.

The average compensation for this position is $18.77-$25.17 depending on your qualifications and experience.
