Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Maintenance Department Leader to oversee the maintenance program at the Fulfillment Center and Spoke locations. You will lead maintenance teams, manage contractors, ensure equipment reliability, and drive asset preservation while reducing total operating costs.

Key duties include planning capital projects, supervising PM/PPM programs, coordinating with management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel will be required to Spoke sites.

Qualifications

• CMMS experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance contractors for each Spoke location and maintain contractor relationships.
• Plan, budget and execute capital improvement projects for technology, facilities and equipment.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely repairs and projects.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Travel independently as required.
