Job summary
Kroger is seeking a distribution center professional to support supervisors and store associates in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with shipping schedules, inventory, and problem resolution while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, plus two years' experience in warehouse distribution or combination of education and experience with minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Lift truck certification/license and valid driver's license preferred.
- Familiarity with retail distribution terms and processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver excellent customer service.
- Compile shipping to stores schedule and maintain related files.
- Respond to concerns from buyers and stores and research results.
- Slot all merchandise and conduct inventories.
- Supervise and coach direct reports; complete performance reviews.
