Job summary

LANXESS is seeking a Logistics Loader to prepare finished products for packaging and shipment at our Institute facility. The role includes inventory handling, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation, with emphasis on safety and GMP compliance.

Ideal candidates can lift up to 50 lbs, use Microsoft Office tools, and work well in a team while supporting ongoing health and environmental initiatives. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Willing and able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and climb stairs and ladders.
• Knowledge of distribution and shipping (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished product for packaging and shipment.
• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving activities.
• Operate forklift for material movements.
• Label and document shipments per DOT and internal requirements.
• Support health, safety and environmental programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with shipping coordinators and team members to meet demand.
