LANXESS is seeking a Logistics Loader in Institute, WV to prepare finished products for packaging and shipment, manage inventory, and operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Conform to plant safety and environmental policies.
• Work in, and comply with, cGMP and quality guidelines.
• Package, prepare and load product for shipments.
• Assess shipment needs against production volume and organize material inventory with shipping coordinators.
• Load and unload product using a forklift.
• Apply proper packaging labeling and shipping documentation.
• Communicate with coworkers and participate in safety teams.
• Participate in health, safety and environmental initiatives and implement improvements.
• Prioritize tasks to meet business requirements.
