Job summary

LANXESS Deutschland GmbH is seeking an entry-level Logistics Loader to prepare finished products for packaging and shipment at the Institute location. The role includes inventory management, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation to move materials efficiently.

You will contribute to health, safety and environmental programs and work with the team to meet production needs while adhering to cGMP and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Willing and able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and climb stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished product for packaging and shipment and assist with inventory management.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks and coordinate with shipping coordinators.
• Operate forklift to load/unload products and materials.
• Apply accurate labeling and complete shipping documentation per DOT and internal requirements.
• Support safety, quality, and environmental programs and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
